The Tommy Robinson Conundrum

The word on the street is that Tommy Robinson was transferred to Belmarsh prison, a maximum security facility in south London. Belmarsh is commonly described in Britain’s mainstream media as “a jihadi training camp”.

Robinson was re-sentenced to nine months in prison this week for non-violent contempt of court offenses.  He will have to serve about three months before becoming eligible for automatic release on license.

In 2016, a former Muslim inmate of Belmarsh told the London Evening Standard that “There were so many would-be jihadists in there I felt like an intruder at a jihadi training camp.”

We know that earlier this week Robinson made a plea for political asylum in the United States.  That plea was never going to go anywhere since back in 2013 Robinson, using the name Stephen Lennon.  The Evening Standard describes it this way:

“The leader of the English Defense League was today jailed for 10 months after admitting using another man’s passport to travel to the United States.

Stephen Lennon, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of a false identity document with improper intention, contrary to the Identity Documents Act 2010, at Southwark Crown Court.  His offense was “Passport Fraud.”

Lennon used a passport in the name of Andrew McMaster to board a Virgin Atlantic Flight from Heathrow to New York, but was caught out after his fingerprints were taken by customs officials.”

If Tommy Robinson had a perfect record, things might be different.  But his history indicates he is willing to cross the lines to get what he wants.

But setting aside Tommy Robinson’s arguments for justice, there is a BIGGER problem here.  It’s not that Tommy Robinson reported on Islamic Rape Gangs in his homeland! No. That is not the problem. The problem is that the UK has someone holding an office as high up as this judge, who believes that it is OK to suppress factual information from the public that, if said information was known, would enable the citizens at large to protect themselves from future crimes of this nature.

In my opinion, this judge should be held criminally liable for all crimes of this nature that followed the date of his illegal “gag” order.  I say illegal because I don’t believe is legal to withhold information from the public where that information would enable a citizen to stay out of harm’s way!

The secondary problem is that the UK has a population that is passive enough to allow this miscreant judge to not only retain his employment but also to walk freely among them.
